Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version prevails.

This policy applies to all ClassHero subscriptions: the individual teacher plan (HK$30/month or HK$248/year) and the school plan (HK$3,880/year for 40 teachers, extra teachers HK$88/year each). Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can try ClassHero before paying anything.

• 7-day full refund. Ask within 7 days of your first payment (i.e. the first charge after your free trial ends) and we will refund it in full, no reason needed.
• Lifetime membership. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment. The same 7-day full refund applies from the date of payment; after a refund the account returns to the free/read-only plan.
• After 7 days. We do not offer refunds for that billing period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• Something went wrong. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service did not work as described, tell us and we will refund it in full regardless of the 7-day window.
• How to ask. Email [email protected] with the email address you used to sign up and the date and amount of the charge.
• How long it takes. We process approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the money in your account.
• Where it goes. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
